Tapiola Sinfonietta cancels all concerts this spring

The Tapiola Sinfonietta has cancelled all its public concerts up until 31 May 2020 in accordance with the recommendations of the Finnish Government regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. The purpose of this is to help prevent the spread of the disease and to ensure the safety of our audiences and of our musicians.

This is not to say that we will be leaving our audiences without musical experiences this spring. The Tapiola Sinfonietta offers several chamber music concert recordings free of charge this spring at kotona247.fi

Refunds for tickets to concerts cancelled because of the coronavirus

SINGLE TICKETS:
You may request a refund from Lippupiste for tickets to cancelled concerts. The refund will be given out in the form of a Tapiola Sinfonietta gift voucher valid until 31 December 2020. Please send your refund request by e-mail to kausikortti@lippu.fi. In your message, please quote:
– your name and phone number
– details of your ticket: date, title of event and ticket price
Please note that Lippupiste processing and delivery fees will not be refunded.

SEASON TICKETS
Season ticket customers may request a refund from Lippupiste. The value of the refund will be equal to the percentage of the ticket price corresponding to the number of concerts cancelled. The refund will be given out in the form of a Tapiola Sinfonietta gift voucher valid until 31 December 2020 that may be redeemed against single tickets or season tickets to concerts of the Tapiola Sinfonietta. Please send your refund request by e-mail to kausikortti@lippu.fi. In your message, please quote:
– your name and phone number
– the title and price category of your season ticket (e.g. “Gold Series, basic price”)
– whether you have a season ticket for the entire 2019–2020 season or only for spring 2020
– if you are requesting a refund for more than one season ticket, details separately for each one

Please note that Lippupiste processing and delivery fees will not be refunded.

Due to the magnitude of these extraordinary circumstances, we ask you to please note that the processing of your refund to take more time than it normally would.
