SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR CONCERTS IN SPRING 2021:
These arrangements are in place to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus and to ensure the safety of our audiences and our personnel. We kindly ask for your understanding in these exceptional circumstances.
Please enter the concert hall at the entrance printed on your ticket and according to a timetable:
CONCERTS AT 7 PM
Rows 5-9: arrival at 6:35 pm
Rows 10-14 and balcony rows 5-8: arrival at 6:40 pm
Rows 15-19 and balcony rows 1-4: arrival at 6:45 pm
Rows 20-23: arrival at 6:50 pm
MATINÉES AT 2 PM
Rows 5-9: arrival at 1:35 pm
Rows 10-14 and balcony rows 5-8: arrival at 1:40 pm
Rows 15-19 and balcony rows 1-4: arrival at 1:45 pm
Rows 20-23: arrival at 1:50 pm
OPEN REHEARSALS AT 10 AM
Rows 5-9: arrival at 9:35 pm
Rows 10-14 and balcony rows 5-8: arrival at 9:40 pm
Rows 15-19 and balcony rows 1-4: arrival at 9:45 pm
Rows 20-23: arrival at 9:50 pm
Audience members will be ushered out after the concert in the opposite order, beginning with the last rows. In the balcony in Tapiola Hall beginning from the first rows.
DISTANCING IN THE AUDITORIUM
In order to implement social distancing, we are limiting attendance to about one fourth of the normal for the time being. Please take the specific seat printed on your ticket, so that distancing will be maintained in all directions.
There is only one wheelchair space available, with an assistant’s seat immediately nearby.
Concerts will not have an interval. The programmes are designed for a maximum duration of 75 minutes.
No cloakroom services will be provided. You may take your overclothes with you into the auditorium or leave them in your car if you arrive by car. The restaurant will not be open during concerts. There’s no coffee service in matinées.
Pre-concert talks, concert afterparties and artist encounters will be held in Tapiola Hall for the time being, and audience members are required to sit in the seats printed on their tickets.
CLEAN HANDS AT THE CONCERT
Cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces has been enhanced at the Espoo Cultural Centre and at Sello Hall. Hand sanitiser will be provided for audience use. Please remember to maintain good hand hygiene.
DO NOT COME IF YOU FEEL ILL
If you feel ill in any way, you should not come to a concert.
If you must cough, use a handkerchief or cover your mouth with your sleeve. We also require using face masks.
In case of illness, you may exchange your ticket for another one of equal value for spring 2021.

10 am – 2 pm (Mon-Fri). The exchange shall be done by 2 pm on the day of concert in question. In the case the concert is on Sunday, the exchange shoud be done on the previous Friday.
