The main entrance to the Espoo Cultural Centre is from Kulttuuriaukio square.
Persons with mobility problems should use the left-hand main door.
The Tapiola Sinfonietta office is on the ground floor of the Espoo Cultural Centre. Please ask the porter to open the door leading to it.
The info desk (porters) is in the downstairs foyer.
The box office is in the downstairs foyer and is open on concert nights until 7 pm. The VIP ticket desk in the downstairs foyer opens one hour before the start of concerts.
The stalls seats in the Tapiola Hall are on the first floor and the balcony seats on the second (floors 2 & 3 in continental numbering).
The Tapiola Hall cloakroom is on the back left-hand side of the downstairs foyer. There is no cloakroom charge for concert audiences. The Louhi Hall cloakroom is to the right of the main doors.
The lift to the upper floors of the Tapiola Hall is at the rear of the downstairs foyer.
Please ask the porter in the downstairs foyer if you wish to borrow a wheelchair.
The Tapiola Hall has provision for three wheelchairs, at the end of rows 21 and 23 of the right-hand stalls. Wheelchair users are advised to book a place in advance at the box office.
Wheelchair groups (3 or more). Please contact the Tapiola Sinfonietta office beforehand (tel. 09 8168 2404) so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
There are toilets by both cloakrooms.
There is an accessible toilet at the rear left of the downstairs foyer, next to the Tapiola Hall cloakroom.
The baby-care room is beside the accessible toilet, next to the Tapiola Hall cloakroom.
There are induction links in rows 5-12 of the Tapiola Hall and some sections of rows 13-17.
The café is in the downstairs foyer, to the right of the stairs, and it has wheelchair-friendly access.
