Subscription tickets

The Tapiola Sinfonietta runs three varied subscription series: a Platinum, a Gold and a Silver. A subscription assures you your usual regular seat, savings of up to 35% on the price of single tickets, and lots of other benefits. And you presumably knew that anyone can use your ticket, so you could, for example, buy one for the whole family to share. A subscription is also a wonderful Christmas gift for a music-loving friend or relative!

SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE 2012-13 SEASON

• Subscriptions for the 2012-13 season are on sale from 13.4.2012 to 25.8.2012. You can renew your subscription up to 5.5.2012, after which (from 14.5.), any subscriptions not renewed will go on general sale.

• Subscription tickets are on sale at Lippupiste outlets and tel. 0600 900 900. You can also book a subscription on the Tapiola Sinfonietta website; a handling fee of €4 per order will then be charged.

*Right to change: You can change your ticket for another concert in the Tapiola Sinfonietta season: once during the autumn and spring season if you have a Yellow or Blue subscription, and any number of times if you have a Red subscription. You can change your ticket for any other concert arranged by the Tapiola Sinfonietta apart from guest concerts.

You must inform Helena Ruhkala at helena.ruhkala(at)espoo.fi or on (09) 816 57256 at least one week before the concert if you wish to change your ticket. Tell her your name, seat number, the colour of your subscription series and the concerts from and to which you wish to change. The number of seats reserved for people changing concerts varies from concert to concert.

**You must present your subscription card in order to qualify for these reductions.

Three subscription series

The PLATINUM series brings you all the season’s concerts: performances by the very finest soloists and conductors. Broadly covering music of every era, it consists of 18 concerts in all: 9 in the autumn and 9 in the spring.

The GOLD series presents 10 quality concerts for you to enjoy at roughly monthly intervals: 5 in the autumn and 5 in the spring. The repertoire ranges from music of the Baroque to premieres of contemporary works.

The SILVER series is a mini-series of 8 concerts (4 in the autumn and 4 in the spring). Offering an all-round perspective on the orchestra and classical music, it is also a good introduction for first-timers.

BARGAIN SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE WHOLE SEASON
Subscribers will be pleased to hear that subscriptions for the whole season will once again be on sale. Subscribing for the whole season costs you 5% less than if you bought subscriptions for the autumn and spring seasons separately.

SMALL CARD
You can if you wish order a small subscription card  the size of a credit card. To do this, you must fill in a separate form, available at Lippupiste outlets: Stockmann’s in Tapiola and Helsinki city centre, and the Lippupiste outlets at the Tapiola service point (“yhteispalvelupiste”) in Espoo Cultural Centre. Or you can fill in the form on the Tapiola Sinfonietta website. You can buy normal-sized season tickets at Lippupiste.

SINGLE TICKETS
Stalls tickets for concerts in the autumn 2012 season will be on sale from 31.8.2012 and stalls tickets for the concerts in the spring 2013 season will be on sale from 4.1.2013. Tickets for balcony seats are sold all year round.
